Casa Jalapeno

Casa de Jalapeño is a sophisticated home with a private guest house, pool and parking for 2 cars in garages. The focus of the home is the central swimming pool and terrace lounging areas. French doors from the great room open to the pool terrace and create a seamless indoor outdoor relationship. The main casa features a grand scaled great room with a fireplace and gourmet cook’s kitchen.

The ground level includes a master suite opening to a poolside terrace and a guest bedroom. An additional master suite is located on the second floor. Generous roof terraces are accessed from this room. All ground level rooms open through French doors to the poolside terraces. A guest house with full kitchen and living areas and a loft style sleeping area are adjacent and open to the poolside terrace as well. The residence is designed with flexibility in mind allowing entertainment on a large scale or more intimately with family and close friends.
