Michael Blakemore Architects, Inc. was established in 1998. Michael Blakemore is the founder and principle. The firm provides architectural design services. Mr. Blakemore, principal and lead designer on all projects the firm undertakes, received his 5 year professional degree in architecture in 1989 from the New School of Architecture in San Diego, California. He is registered to practice architecture in the State of California and the State of New York. Mr. Blakemore’s experience is highly diverse and includes commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed use, and master planning projects. Currently the firm is designing homes in many of the coastal communities of Southern California. We are also working on large homes in Mexico, Northern California, and Nevada.
Michael Blakemore Architects, Inc. specializes in high end custom residential projects. The firms design approach represents the philosophy that each project is unique and requires its own set of solutions appropriate to the individual requirements and purpose of the project. Our company has been established as an elastic model. We assemble a group of collaborators and establish a unique project team tailored to each individual project or client. Our firm does not work with a signature style rather it adapts to the stylistic desire of our clients.
